Big Bear Rustic Log Homes offers a consulting service to help clients thru all phases of construction from design to finished product, utilizing some of the most recognized talent in the business.

We will never recommend one vendor over another unless we are doing the actual log home construction in which case we prefer to use our vendors, construction crews and mills to assure the job meets our exacting quality standards.

Services Available:
All services are based on hourly billing plus travel expenses where appropriate. Retainers are required with amounts based on total scope
of job.

• Creation of project estimates and budgets
• Interface to architects, designers and mills
• Assistance in securing permits
